I thank Maria for being my personal trainer and coach over the last 9 years. She helped me achieve and maintain my fitness and weight loss goals. I am now strong and toned. I couldn’t get bored during our sessions because of the extensive variety of exercises she prescribed and I was grateful that she had the in-depth knowledge to adjust my programs for whatever health or injury limitations I had from time to time. I loved that she paid attention and didn’t let me get away with sloppy form on exercises, thereby ensuring I would maximize my benefits, and not get hurt.  I appreciated that if my mood was low, she listened without judgment and said just the right things to lift me up and motivate me to stay on track with my goals.

I know I wouldn’t be as healthy, toned, and energized as I am today if it wasn't for Maria's guidance, coaching and expertise!
