My Story
As a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach with over 14 years of experience, I have dealt with a variety of different client needs such as weight loss, muscle conditioning, rehabilitation and sport specific goals. Over the years, I have witnessed clients suffer different ailments, chronic conditions and sport injuries. This fueled me to become more interested in helping my clients be pain free through therapeutic touch and other modalities.
I decided to embark in a Massage Therapy Program in Sept 2015, leaving behind my very successful career as a Fitness Manager at Goodlife Fitness. I graduated in Feb 2017 from Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy with honours.
I have a great understanding of the human body and have learned how exercise and therapy can help one live a healthy life, pain free. I have studied martial arts in the practice of Goju Ryu Karate. I am also a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner and Life Coach. I believe that wellness of a person is an integration of holistic work of the body, mind and spirit. My own self-love practices are the reason why I am intuitive in my therapeutic approach to wellness. I thrive on empowering my clients to find a holistic balance in their own lives.
During my pass time, I practice yoga and self care. I love to salsa and bachata dance. My home away from home is the ocean and beach where I find rejuvenation and calmness.
