Hi my name is Maria and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach. Thanks to my 13 yrs experience and expertise as a coach working with a variety of different clients, I gained a greater understanding about the challenges most women face in their own weight-loss journey. I myself have dealt with many different issues in my own wellness journey. I am an emotional eater, and have suffered from obesity, chronic pain, adrenal fatigue, and auto-immune deficiencies. I know what it’s like to feel defeated and miserable with wellness obstacles.

I knew as a coach, I could keep working with my clients one-on-one but I wanted to bring massive transformation to as many women as possible all at the same time. And so came the birth of this virtual program!

 

I developed this 12 week program to address the most common struggles women face and offer customized coaching throughout the course of the program. This program is like no other!

 

You are probably asking yourself, what is so different about this program? How will this make a difference for me? Well, remember the questions I asked you above? This program addresses that and so much more. Think of it as having your own personal trainer and fitness coach for 12 weeks by your side every step of the way, guiding you, holding you accountable and giving you the tools you need to succeed!

There are 2 components to this program:

  • Online Self Guided Course

  • Personalized Coaching

The beauty of this program is that it is completely virtual, you can participate from anywhere, anytime as long as you have access to a phone or computer. You will have access to the course for life, yes for LIFE! If you ever need to refer back to it, you will be able to do so at any time wherever you are!

  • One-on-one monthly coaching calls

Frequently asked questions

How long is the program?

The program is 12 weeks in length. It is a virtual program that you will participate through your computer or phone (no app required). You will receive the link to the course and create your login and password. 

How much time will it take per day? 

The modules are about 10 mins each (some days shorter). Each day includes one video and a worksheet. There are individual and group coaching calls, all of which will take place on zoom. These calls will be booked with you at the start of the program and each call is one hour. You will receive a welcome package that will explain all these details to you upon signing up for the program.

I am going through menopause, will this help me lose weight?

The program is designed to help you in whatever stage of wellness you are in and help with all aspects of your struggles. I will guide and coach you on what you need to do in order to achieve the success you are looking for. I do recommend my clients consult their doctor before starting any weight loss programs.

I don't want to give up eating the things I love, is this diet restrictive?

First of all, this program is not a diet or even a weight-loss program. Will you lose weight doing this program? Yes you will! The unique thing about the design of this program is to educate you on how to make mindful choices. We will also look at mindset, meal prep and eating to fuel the body versus emotional eating or creating habits that will sabotage all your progress. This is not a detox or restrictive diet. This program will teach you how to eat, why you eat and show you how you can and will be able to eat the things you love and still lose weight!

Do I need to have a gym membership or exercise equipment?

No, you will not need a gym membership or exercise equipment. This 12 week program is designed to teach you all about exercise and how to maximize that for weight loss. You will receive home based and weight bearing workout plans. All the exercises will be modified and customized to your specific needs.

How much access will I have to you as my coach?

You will have Telegram access (a free app that you can download) that will allow you to send me voice notes, progress pictures, text messages, send files, pictures of what you are eating... anything and everything to get my input and feedback. We will also have one on one coaching calls and group calls (with other participants also doing the course) and you will get access to a private Telegram group where you will find motivation and support inside our community.
